Divine Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Divine Engineering ERP mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App.
1. Information We Collect
a) Information You Provide
- Account Information: Name, email address, employee ID, department, and user role as provided by your organization.
- Authentication Data: Login credentials (email and password) and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes.
- Business Data: Sales leads, enquiries, quotations, sales orders, customer records, client visit logs, Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and other work-related data entered through the App.
- Documents: Files and documents uploaded through the App for business purposes.
b) Information Collected Automatically
- Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and app version.
- Usage Data: App interaction logs for improving performance and user experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To authenticate and authorize user access based on assigned roles and permissions.
- To provide ERP functionality including sales management, design engineering, and project tracking.
- To enable role-based access control across 12 departments and 17 user roles.
- To deliver real-time notifications and alerts relevant to your work.
- To maintain and improve the App's performance, security, and reliability.
- To generate business reports and analytics for authorized users.
3. Data Storage and Security
- All data is transmitted over secure HTTPS connections.
- Authentication tokens are stored using encrypted device storage (Flutter Secure Storage).
- User sessions are managed securely with automatic session restoration.
- Access to data is restricted based on user roles and granular permissions (70+ permission types).
- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enforced for management and sensitive roles.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your data may be shared only in the following circumstances:
- Within Your Organization: Data is accessible to authorized users within your company based on their role and department permissions.
- Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party services for hosting and infrastructure that comply with industry-standard security practices.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. Business data is retained as per your organization's data retention policies. Upon account deletion or employee offboarding, personal data will be removed within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data stored in the App.
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request Deletion of your personal data (subject to business and legal requirements).
- Withdraw Consent for optional data processing activities.

7. Third-Party Services
The App may use the following third-party services:
- Google Fonts: For rendering text styles. Google's privacy policy applies.
- Cached Network Images: For efficient image loading and caching.
We do not integrate any third-party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is designed for business use by authorized employees aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we discover that a child's data has been collected, we will delete it promptly.
